To overcome this issue, we need to couple efforts to expand transportation system capacity through reconstruction or rehabilitation with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Intelligent Transportation Systems are information and communication technologies that improve the safety, security, and efficiency of roadway transportation systems. We design and deploy ITS systems and support infrastructure to make a dent in the congestion problem.
